Right click your steam icon beside the clock on your start menu.
Select "games"
Right click the game of choice
Select "properties"
Select "set launch options"
Add +clientport 27015
Where 27015 is default make sure both computers have differant port numbers...
Example
PC1 would be +clientport 27015
PC2 would be +clientport 27017
Select "games"
